SUP Yoga
Standup Paddleboard Yoga is offered on
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday at 10am
Tuesday & Sunday at 5pm
This 90 minute class is designed for all levels.
Prior yoga and paddleboard experience are not necessary. This class is open to beginners.
Intro to SUP
Learn how to paddle and become comfortable on a paddleboard with a WPA-certified instructor. The 90 min class will teach you everything from how to step onto your paddleboard to the basics of water safety, equipment, launching, paddle strokes, turning, stopping and a short distant paddle.

Beach Yoga
Guided multi level vinyasa with toes in the sand on Beekman Beach. This class is open to beginners.
